Dr. Yousef Meslmani the national Project director of "Enabling activities for preparation of Syria's initial national communication to UNFCCC"/ UNDP projects, the project have been implemented by ministry of local administration and Environment in Syria, and UNDP Syria CO funded by General Environment Facility former Head of the Air pollution and Aerosols Laboratories, Environmental protection division, Department of Protection and Safety, Atomic Energy Commission, Syria. Previously he was the Visiting Associate Professor in the Institute Atmospheric Physics, State Key Laboratory of atmospheric Boundary Layer Physics and Atmospheric Chemistry, Chinese Academy Of Sciences, Beijing, China. During the years 2005-2006 he was the International and Regional Expert for: 1- Global Expert and Author to the Atmosphere Chapter in the fourth Global Environment Outlook report (GEO-4), Implemented by Division of Early Warning and Assessment (DEWA), UNEP, Nairobi, Kenya; and 2- Regional Consultant and Author for West Asia fourth Global Environment Outlook report (WA-GEO-4), Implemented by UNEP, West Asia Regional office in Bahrain Kingdom. Dr. Yousef is a PhD in Science, Atmospheric physics (Aerosols and Environment), from the University of Vienna, and a holds a Master in Technical physics from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria.

Eng. Naji Sakhita is NUNV Information technology Specialist for the project of  "Enabling activities for preparation of Syria's initial national communication to UNFCCC"/ UNDP projects. Naji Has assisted the project with establishing this website besides its daily updating and developing, as well as he participated in many events related to the project and the environment in general. Eng. Naji Studied information Technology & E-Business in Syrian Virtual University, has obtained BTEC Professional Diploma in Computing from Edexcel University. He is Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), as well as Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA), a Certified Internet Webmaster CIW Professional and CIW Master Designer, a CIW E-Commerce Designer besides Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSE) in progress.

Mr. Thaer Nassr is a National Project Assistant for the project of "Enablingactivitiesfor preparation of Syria's initial national communication to UNFCCC"/ UNDPprojects. Thaerhas graduated from the Higher Institute of Business Administration (HIBA) Syria, Specialist in Marketing and International Trade. Currently he is preparing forhis Master Thesis in Marketing at the HIBA. He has worked in variety of Domainsrelated to Finance and Trade in order to improve his proficiency. He is avolunteer also and he loves the Team Work.
